XnView Software

For past several versions of XnView the program will not save my favorite folder(s). I ALWAYS use the same primary folder, with subfolders checked off, and for years it worked just fine. Now, every time I do a search, even within the same session, I have to go back and tell it which folder to search. Help!?

I open the program, and edit Favorites. I assign a folder to a given favorite, yet every time I run a search, I have to go back and reset the folder. I used to have the search permanently set on one folder (which is the only folder I ever use for searches) and its subfolders, so that when I opened the program to do a search, it was already at that folder.

Help?

Any thoughts on why it won't save my Favorite album and always open in the folder, as it used to do?
