XnveiwMP Very Good Software and I like it so Much, but it miss a lot of features, like background processing When Copying, Moving, or Converting etc.

You can start XnviewMP mit many instances of the program.
That should be a workaround for your problem.

I tried it for batch processing. Many functions of it use 1-2 cpu cores only.
You do not save much time, because often the files for batch processing are on the same ssd/harddisk.
I tried it and the read/write access of both instances were at the same time.
This reduce the batch processing speed.
