ICC convert in Batch convert tool

win 7 XnViewMP 0.90 when converting from an rgb-profile (e.g. srgb) to a cmyk profile (e.g. CoatedFOGRA27.icc) the cmyk profile is ignored.
The output tif-file's "Profile Description" still is sRGB in it's Exif-data and the colours are exactly the same as in the input file.
Rendering intent "Perseptual";
Ignore embedded profile and Black point compensation "yes" and "no" -> I tried both options!
