Could be a newbiequestion but I searched in Help; FAQ and in this forum.
I´m trying to acquire (with the function acquiere in..) images from my camera (Canon A520) keeping the original filename from camera. I want the images on my disk to have the same name as in the camera,
Whatever I put in the field for filename the names never come up as in the camera (I try to write nothing there)
How to do?
Greetings from Sweden!

Hallo!
I supposed that you mean that I'll find the settings for keeping the original filename from camera in the GUI of the Twain drivers which come with the camera?? No there isn´t any choice in the Twain GUI from Canon so I supposes that I could make the settings in Xnview. What's the meaning with the field for filenamn(in Xnview-acquire in...) ??

You can use "change timestamp"
