Why no place to find instructions on how to use the program?

What good is a program when you do not know how to use it? Even more so what would the point to create a program and leave people in the dark? Can I use this program to organize pictures?

The software is free, and all the work of one person...
All documentation is produced by volunteers, of which there are very few...
