0.90 does not keep the window size state if adjust the screen resolution ratio

XnView MP Windows
Version 0.90 64bits (Mar 4 2018)
Xnview MP can not keep the window size state if adjust the screen resolution ratio；
Figure 1：The size of the open window of the 14 inch notebook（resolution ratio 1366 * 768）
Figure 2: close the soft，then adjust（resolution ratio 1920 * 1080）, then open the XnView MP again.
if adjust switch the screen resolution ratio
XnView does not have this problem.
My PC:windows 10 x64
