when i generate a contact sheet from a folder filled with images from a low end digital camera, some of the "vertical" images are displayed vertically.

how can i disable/reverse this feature?

i want all images displayed in a horizontal ("landscape") layout, regardless of content or what the camera perceived.

By default, XnView auto rotates the images based on the EXIF information. Please uncheck the option "Rotate images based on EXIF information" in Tools > Options > Category "Read" if you don't want this and watch all your images in landscape orientation.
