[Feature request] Automatic crop -- Add option to select edges to be auto cropped

Hello, and thank you for providing such a useful program!
If it hasn't been requested already, and if it's not already on the list, I would like to request the ability to trim or crop an image from selected sides. I currently use Photoshop to do this to remove transparent pixels from one or more sides of an image.

The actions
Crop and
Canvas resize both provide options to crop from a nominated edge, does one of those meet your needs?
In XnConvert (or Batch convert in XnView MP) you can also program multiple instances of an action, if you need to trim more than one side.

It would be closer to the Automatic crop or Zealous crop option, but with the ability to exclude one or more sides. As far as I can tell, Crop and Canvas resize crop by specific amounts.

Hey there! This is the first result in google for "XN Convert feature request"! And it's a feature I would love as well.
I often use screengrabs from films. And they have black borders along the top and bottom. But of varying sizes. But autocrop sometimes nips a bit from the sides, which I don't want. It would be great to limit the autocrop to only vertical OR horizontal. Cheers!

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 0.94. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

I would definitely add it onto Crop toolbar and also in the Edit menu...

I looked for the autocrop by color feature everywhere. It should be made more obvious like putting it next to the crop button on the toolbar, or making it a mode of the normal crop, or just in the menu somewhere.
