Brookrout 301 fax format image display corrupt

We are testing with Xnview and planning to buy if Xnview can view image brookrout 301 format correctly.
However, we found that some faxes image (which is brookrout 301 format) could not be view normally using Xnview (see attachment).
Also provided sample for your reference. Do you have any idea?
