Videos both Still Loading and AutoPlaying

Hello!
One has to have both View => "Play movie" and Browser => Preview=> "Autoplay Video/Audio" Unchecked to skip all videos when looking through photos in a mixed media folder.
Here is the problem; If you do not have Browser=> File list => "Recognize only by extension" Checked, Xnview both loads and Auto-plays the video.
