0.92: IPTC (added keyword) isn't persisted to the file when set from the "viewer"

Update IPTC/XMP data from viewer
Effect The IPTC data isn't persisted to the file if edited from the viewer
To reproduce
1. Double click an image in browser to open it in "viewer"
2. Press "ctrl+i" to open the IPTC window
Note: The textbox below the image is not populated
3. Goto: Keywords tab and enter a new keyword. Click Apply
4. Goto next image and back again. Press "ctrl+i" notice that the added keyword is in the list.
5. Switch to browser and select the image that has the new keyword. Press "ctrl+i" and notice that the new keyword isn't in the list.
Actual behaviour (bug): The IPTC (added keyword) isn't persisted to the file when set from the "viewer".
Expected behaviour: The IPTC (added keyword) should be persisted.
