remember crop ratio for vertical photos

When selecting a crop ratio for a horinzontal photo, the ratio will be saved for the next photos. But for vertical photos, the ratio will be reset to "free" for the next photos.

open a photo - click "crop" button - select a ratio for example "3:2" - crop - move to the next photo - click "crop" button
If the first photo is horizontal, you will see the crop ratio is "3:2", but if the first photo is vertical, the crop ratio is reset to "free"

i've tried to reproduce with 0.93.1 but i can't...
