First, I really love the XnConvert software. I really appreciate the developers' efforts.

I am using Windows 10, Surface Pro 4, 64 bit.
XnConvert Version 1.77 - windows x64 (Sep 7 2018) - Libformat version 7.20

I installed Ghostscript, which fixed the pdf import problem.

But when I loaded multipage pdfs, only the first page can be imported.

I have tried several pdfs. all the same results. I attached one of the pdfs I tried.

Could you please help? Really appreciate it!

You wish to use XnConvert to modify the pages of the source PDF in some way, rather than just view the pages?

At a quick look, on the Actions tab it isn't possible to step through a preview of the pages using the small arrows at the bottom, if that is what you are reporting? That doesn't seem as intended, and I'm not sure if it has been reported before

However, if you wish to apply an action or several actions to all the pages, that on a quick test with suitable settings on the Output tab nonetheless does produce the desired file...

Basically, what I want to do is to import a multi-page pdf, then automatically crop the white space margins, then export each page as individual files as jpg at 1200 dpi.

But right now, it can only process the first page successfully.

I think that should be possible, subject to how well the auto crop works, if you configure the Output tab in a suitable way...

If you still have a problem, if you could upload a PDF with just a few pages I'll check.

ha, i just need to check "convert all pages in a multi-page file".
