is there a way to import the IPTC keywords of all my files to the categories database?

I've installed xnViewMP Version 0.92 64bits
I use IPTC keywords to manage my pictures.
is there a way to import the IPTC keywords to the categories database?
I have ticked on the settings under:
Settings->Metadata->IPTC->keywords->Import XMP subject or IPTC keyword to DB categories
so every time I add IPTC keywords to a picture - it is imported to the categories database but I don't want to do this to every picture I have because I have thousands.
I need to import all IPTC keywords from all pictures to the categories database.
is there a way to do so?
