XnView Software

I'm a XnViewMP new user, use ACDSee before.
I had a folder contain 100 jpeg, and I want thumbnails sort by "photo create date", seems use "exif date" is OK
but when I close XnViewMP, run it again, the default sort is "Name", all thumbnails "sort by Name"
I saw a green loading bar at the screen bottom, after a few seconds, the thumbanils change to "sort by exif date"
This is the case every time I close the program or browse other folders.

If I use "sort by Name", also can saw green loading bar at the screen bottom, and after a few seconds, it's nothing change.

Finally, can I run XnViewMP at the beginning, all thumbnails sort by exif date ?

are you able to keep view as, sort by, layout or any settings after a restart?

All settings are the same as before closing, including layout and sort by exif date, just the first sort after restart, all thumbnails are sort by file name, and after few seconds, thumbnails will sort by exif date automatic

what do you have as 'Filter by'?

could you try to make a test folder with some jpeg, and send me it with your xnview.ini?
