Or, how make XnView not recognize non-image files at all?

Options "View > Misc. > Play movie" and "View > Misc. > Play sound" are off, but it seems that in my case XnView just ignores them. In the browser audio and video files aren't shown -- but in the View mode XnView still plays them. Say, I have a folder with some mp3s and some album arts, and in the View mode when the pictures end and XnView goes to the next file it starts playing an MP3 instead of returning to the first image file in the folder. "Browser > Preview > Auto play for Video/Audio" is also off.

That's my usual settings.

Audio and video files aren't shown in the Browser mode, but XnView still automatically plays them in the View mode, and I don't want it to do it, I want it to view images only, in all modes.

Well, that's strange. If I start XnView in the View mode (f.e. from Explorer by double-clicking a picture), XnView do plays audio and video files - it sees them in the folder. If I start XnView in the Browser mode and then switch into the View mode, XnView don't play any audio and video - it don't see them. If I start XnView in the View mode, open a new tab in the Browser mode and open from it a new tab in the View mode, in the first tab XnView plays audio and video, and in the second tab XnView don't play them.

i can't reproduce, as soon as i have options>View>Misc>Play movie off, it will not play video files, even if i start with a file (edit mode) from windows explorer.
