Create Error?

I am trying to convert CR2 images to JPG and get the create error message on every single file I try to convert. I have JPG under "output" checked. I don't have anything checked under "action" because nothing matches. I don't know what ICC convert means or if I need to check anything under the Action tab. Please tell me if this can be fixed or if I need to check something else. Thanks.

E:\DCIM\100CANON\IMG_8472.CR2 6000x4000x24 : loaded
E:\DCIM\100CANON\F:\img_8472_result.jpg : create error
