[v0.93] Resize image/canvas presets ignore 'keep ratio' setting

Resizing the image or canvas size using the presets list, the setting 'keep ratio' appears to be ignored.
How to reproduce:
1. open any image
2. invoke Image resize (Shft+S) or Canvas resize (Shft+C] dialog
3. uncheck 'Keep ratio'
4. select a preset from dropdown list (e.g. 800x600)
5. resulting image or canvas size does not correspond to selected preset size
Currently image/canvas resizing with unchecked 'Keep ratio' only works correctly by manually entering the width and height value.
Actual behavior:
XnViewMP does not take the disabled 'Keep ratio' setting into account when selecting a preset for image/canvas resizing, resulting image/canvas size does not match the selected preset size.
Expected behavior:
XnViewMP should take the disabled 'Keep ratio' setting into account when selecting a preset for image/canvas resizing, so that the resulting image/canvas size does match the selected preset size.
