How to change the parameter SamplesPerPixel for a tiff file using XnConvert?

I have a image SamplesPerPixel = 4 and I need the same image with all previous settings but SamplesPerPixel = 3.
Sorry, I don`t know to much about images formats.

If you are referring to converting images from 32 to 24 bit depth:

On the Actions tab select Add action > Image > Change color depth and then configure the settings to suit.
