Hello,
I need to compress a large amount of my jpg images down to a lower quality. However, I only want to convert the ones that are above 97 quality level. The problem is that there are no way I know of in XnView to check what quality level each of my jpg images are.
How can I convert only the high quality one and leave the lower quality ones alone? Is there a way to view the jpg image quality in the File list columns or however?
Is there a way to view the quality of jpg images?

In XnView MP, in the browser, the Info pane Properties tab shows the JPEG compression level, if that would be useful...
And if the estimated quality can be displayed in the browser, couldn't it also be added to the viewer Properties display?

In that case, can you add this to the to-do for future release? Preferably add to the batch processing function a checkbox to only save to a lower compression quality only when the original image is above certain user-adjustable value. I know there a check on in the Read/Write options for JPEG that let you save jpg with the "estimated original quality if possible". So maybe you can use this function to determine jpg quality when doing a batch processing.
