Dual Monitor Support for Slide Shows

Good afternoon,

I'd greatly appreciate the option to show the slide show on the second monitor. Full screen view from the browser works fine on the second monitor now, but I'd need to get the slide show there too...

Though XnView is already the best viewer I know, with this option would be even better... :-)

Thanks & regards,

Michal Jungmann

So only an option to show slideshow dialog on first monitor, and slideshow on the second?

Yes, it could be enough I think -- at least as the first stage. This option would allow me to run one slide show on the second monitor and simultaneously prepare the next slide show on the first monitor -- this was I so missed yesterday... :-)

The second stage could be an option to run slide show started via .SLD file on the second monitor, but this would be a bit harder to manage I know...

Michal

This feature could be interesting for me because I want to use my secondary monitor as a photo frame.
I use the command line instruction -slide xxx.sld with the beta version 1.9 to start the slideshow when windows starts (I select the option "full screen on secondary monitor" for the global full screen settings (not specific to slideshow) to get the slideshow on the second monitor).

The problem is when I want to use a second instance of XnView to work on my pictures, I would prefer to have my full screen pictures on the first monitor.

So maybe an option to select the output monitor in the slideshow parameters could be the solution ?
