Two click rename only available after F7

The two click (NOT double click) renaming of files or folders in browser mode (Folder view) is only available after using F7 to create a folder. After doing it once, it stays active for the session. There might be other ways to activate.
Win10/xnview 2.48
- open browser from desktop
- select a file in folder view
- select the file name of that file
- No option to rename
- press F7 (do whatever you want with this folder)
- select a file in folder view
- select the file name of that file
- option to rename is active
