0.93: Selecting print size fails in Linux

Hello,

it seems this has been reported a couple of times, the first mention I found is five years old.

I can confirm that bug today on Linux Mint 19.1 Tessa, with Turbo Print, using a Canon Selphy CP1300 postcard size image printer.

The printer adds 4x6" postcard size (with borders and borderless) to the choice of print sizes in XnView MP. But when I select it, the print size for XnView stays at A4. There's no way I can choose the necessary print size for that printer, making it impossible to print on it at all with XnView.

It's a pity, because in theory the print options I find in XnView are better than those of many other Linux image apps, in which I find it difficult to print images to fit instead of getting white stripes.

Cheers,
Rob

I'm having the exact same problem. I have an HP Envy 7640. In page setup, I can select a Paper: Page size of "Boardless 5x7" from the list, yet when the list disappears after selection, it always stays at "A4 210x297mm".

This is the case for most items in the list, meaning I get a really long list of page size options, but most of them don't apply when I select them.

Let me know if I can provide additional debug information.
