Hi,

- can the archive forum be hidden for normal users. Usually there is no new info regarding bugs or suggestion for the ordinary user in these forums. furthermore I don't think anyone will post in this forum

- instead of creating a new alpha forum with versionnumber each time a new alpha version comes out, why not creating a permanent alpha forum. this mean less work for the forum admin

We are aware that there are many forums around at the moment. We'll see what we can do about this. It can be helpful for people to see that their article has been moved to the archive.

That's not a good idea. The topics and posts in the Alpha forum refer to a very specific version and are more or less temporary. Having posts of various versions mixed would cause a lot of confusion. (Creating, moving, and hiding a forum is a very easy job).
