Dear users,

I'm in trouble with XNView MP

XNView MP works great for culling and tagging, but in my case not for searching.
I needed some old pics and searched for keywords.
It took "ages" - ok, 20minutes - until XNView showed me my 4 Star rated images.

The Images are on my NAS drive and on my Mac.
I'm using the database and all folders on my NAS containing my pictures are in the "Katalog" tab.

I'm very grateful for any help - I don't want to use another software for searching my NAS...

You search with the Search dialog? Which field do you search?

when you click on '4stars', it takes 20 mins?? how many images do you have in catalog?
