Require to press OK (or Enter) to set up every Custom Label, which closes dialog every time

Hi, I don't know if this was reported before. So I apologize in advance if this is a duplicate of any other post here.
Using XnView MP Windows Version 0.93.1 64bits (Mar 6 2019).
I was trying to set up some Custom labels to the thumbnails being displayed (Settings --> Browser -> Thumbnail). For every Custom Label, we have to click OK or Press Enter to implement it. That is, to set up 5 Custom Labels, you have press Enter or Ok 5 times. Isn't it annoying?
I think, This dialog (or similar) needs an "Apply" button or it should be applied whenever something is setup in Custom Label Text Box. Please see the attached screenshot.
Please consider the applicability of custom labels without pressing OK or Enter, so that we can set all custom labels or any other customization without closing the settings dialog.
