Batch convert removes transparency

I have 57 .eps files that are transparent. When I batch convert these files as .png they become non-transparent. Why, and how do I fix this? I should add that if I export a single of these images via photoshop the image remains transparent, but if I export only one image via XnView the transparency is gone.

Please if anyone knows how to fix this tell me, I really can't figure this out on my own. I know 57 aren't that many but it would be really nice to be able to batch convert these files properly for the next time.

Sorry, XnView can't preserve transparency in EPS during conversion.
