Double clicking .webp simply opens an empty XnView MP Window

Hi, I don't know if I've got a corrupted install of Windows 10, but, I figured I'd report this as a bug to see if others have experienced the same issue.
Problem:
Problem:
- When trying to open a .webp file from a Windows File explorer (or Directory Opus - tested both), WebP refuses to view. I just get an empty XnView MP Window.
- If I have browser set to open on startup, then, I will get a browser. Since, I prefer to open XnView MP without the browser, I get an empty window, instead.
- Double click another picture in the same directory, then click the "next file" arrow to view the WebP. You can also open the "Browser" within XnView MP and double click WebP files from there to view them.
- I have tested using Revo Uninstaller to uninstall XnView MP and delete leftover files and registry entries before installing the newest version of XnView MP. I remember a version prior to v0.9 working, but I do not remember which version it was. Probably 0.8 something. Sorry, I realize that is not very helpful.
- OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

- XnView set as default program for Photos.
- UAC: Disabled
- Save Session: Never
- Startup - Open Browser: Unchecked
- Startup Dir: Last
- Mode when starting with a file: Normal
- Loop on file list: Checked
- Show Video: Unchecked
- Auto play (video): Unchecked
