Title pretty much sums it up, but basically, if you open a 16bit PNG and save it as a Lossless webp, it is downconverted to 8bit automatically without informing you. I would prefer to be able to save a 16bit Lossless WebP with Alpha channel.

Tested version 0.94 Beta 1 64bit on Windows 10 Pro

When loading a file, image is converted to 8 bits/component

... and why ... only 8Bit ... I thought 16Bit is already a kind of standard ... this is disappointing
