Why no SHA256 for Linux or Mac version?

Just curious to know if you could put SHA256 for Linux and Mac version on this page:

just as you do for Win?
Or whatever suits you (ie gpg signature).
I may be an old moron but I like to check if no... bad people has not put some
in my favourite picture editing software.
