0.94.1 Linux 64deb won't launch

Hi ! I'm on Linux Mint 19.2. I have just installed the linux64 deb for 0.94.1 and it won't launch. I've tried with terminal and it says I haven't got the rights to launch the program. Accessed the OPT folder in root mode and changed the permissions and it worked. But you'd need to fix that in the the deb otherwise a lot of people will get stuck. Another thing I'd like to inform you of is I actually tried to reinstall version 0.94 which worked fine for me and since I no longer had the deb on my computer I downloaded it on this forum on this page

And it turns out that it's version 0.94.1.
Hope you can fix this for other users. Thanks for your great program I have been using for years even in my Windows days.

Hello,
I also updated from 0.93.1 to 0.94.1 and get the same error.
I have Linux Mint 19.2 - Cinnamon.
I have tried on a clean virtualbox image and from terminal I get this :
I know how to solve it, but I'm not comfortable giving rights outside my home folder...
Also, thank you for this awesome and useful software for Linux !!!!!

0.94 was okay. But the version of 0.94 you get now on the forum is actually 0.94.1 that's what I wanted to say. The only one that has a problem is 0.94.1

Same Propblem here too!
Also have Mint 19.2 64 Bit
When i enter sudo xnview. The Program starts
