Hi there,

First of all thanks for your amazing software. I think when I finally figure everything out it will make my day a lot easier

What I am trying to do:

• Remove a little bit of white on the left, top, bottom and right side | Automatic crop - color white - tolerance 30 | WORKS

• Make white transparent | did not figure that one out, so I used nconvert -transpcolor 255 255 255 | WORKS

• Resize to 232 pixel width with keeping the ratio | easy peasy -> Resize - Width 232 - Keep ratio | WORKS

So my about my issue, first of all I can't find the "Make white transparent" in the Add actions of XnConvert. Its probably me. But if someone could point me in the right direction much appricated. And second, is it only me or does the preview look "a lot" better than the endresult? For me the end result looks very washed out. What am I doing wrong?

Well I just figured out that the issue with the so called quality is of course not xnconvert... its "Fotos" from M$. If I open the same image in Gimp zoom it 400% put it next to the preview window of xnconvert. It looks 100% similar! So thanks M$ for screwing that up for me
