More options for importing into specific folders.

There are lots of great options for importing into a specified folder hierarchy/directory structure. But it would be nice to have not just the drop down list but also be able to customize the folders.
For example, my existing folder structure is:
YYYY / YYYY-MM / YYY-MM-DD
which just happens to be a variation that is not in the pre-created drop down list.
Am I missing an existing feature?
