I have from many years now configured in Tools \ Open Widh a program (Photoshop) to open the selected image(s).

In 0.94.2 the Alt+1 shortcut doesn't work anymore. Using the RMB menu works.

Update:
It is 'fixing' itself. Inconsistent behavior. I had seen it in older versions.
