Hot Folder - Convert only specified file type

Hi,
I just got XnConvert for OS X and i'm using it to try and solve a problem.
I have a scanner that produces JPG and BMP files. There's a master folder which it delivers the files to and places each scanning job into their own folders. Eg...
<INCOMING SCANS>
- <SCANS001>
- img1.jpg
- img2.jpg
- <SCANS002>
- img1.BMP
- img2.BMP
I've set up XnConvert to watch the INCOMING SCANS as a hot folder and convert files which arrive into a .TIF, as .BMP are mainly useless for my purposes. It works great. However what i'd like to do is ONLY convert BMP on arrival and leave JPG as they are. Is this possible??? I need to preserve the file structure as the scanner is rigid in the way it operates.
My plan is then to just leave the program running if and when files arrive.
Many thanks for your help in advance.
Joe
