No 4in1 folder for new folders

Another one in the "4in1" series...
If you browse a folder that contains image subfolders, the large ("4in1") folder images are created for those, and an entry for the containing folder is created in the cache; if afterwards you add another subfolder, the large folder image for this last is NOT created. Since there's no way of "refreshing" the cache, the only way is to remove the folder from the cache and browse it again. This both happens if you create the folder from Explorer or from within XnView itself.
