how to produce Thumbnails from mov and mpg4 and avi

Hello,
An old portable classic Version 2.xx created thumbnails for my movies from Samsung Phone and IPhone.
The upgrade on 22.01.2020 to the current classic Version (Win10) incl. all addons does no longer produce Thumbnails of any Video.
Where is the Magic button i have to Change?
