.C4 Files Open Up Blank

Every time I try to open a .c4 file, it opens up blank. Anyone know why? Or how I can fix this? I have already tried downloading the file and saving it to my desktop etc.
If possible please upload an example file for Pierre to examine, in a ZIP or similar archive so that it can be attached, 2MiB the current forum attachment size limit, otherwise upload to a file hosting service and post the download link...opfashley wrote: Mon Feb 03, 2020 8:34 pm Every time I try to open a .c4 file, it opens up blank. Edit:
If you are using XnView MP, you might check first if Tools > Settings... > General -- General tab is set to Show all graphic formats, although you do say that the file opens blank.
If you are using XnView Classic, there is an equivalent setting in Tools > Options... but I don't have it to hand.
