Hello all) I had such a problem:
When viewing animated GIFs frame-by-frame in
XnViewMP 0.95 64bit Portable, “white snow” appears on many frames. It does not depend on scale. (
Windows 10 1809 LTSC).

Actually a problem with many GIFs.
Examples:

I checked them on other programs (CPix, Imagine) - everything is fine there.

I tested today version XnView MP 0.98 64bit Portable
(Windows 10 1809 LTSC).
The frame animation feature
doesn't work.

On 0.96 frame-by-frame animation work with errors ("white snow" in frames), 0.98 frame-by-frame animation
not work at all.
The same goes for webp-animation. On it, frame-by-frame animation also just doesn't work.
I tried using the buttons on the panel and also using the assigned hotkeys - neither of them works.
