Command Line Switch for Import

I have a batch file that copies specific ini files to the xnview.ini file, starts XNViewMP so the user can manually open import/sort and import photos and exit from the app, so the batch file can copy a different ini file onto the xnview.ini file and repeat the process. This allows for multiple import solutions depending upon the item or folder being imported (in this case importing panorama subfolders is treated differently than other media).
1. This would be much more flexible and straightforward if the import function could be called directly from the command line with its own ini file, with a switch to allow the dialog box to be either left open or automatically closed upon successful import of files.
2. What would also be very cool would be an {Event Description} variable, so that for each subfolder created with date it could also show description of pics taken: \{date taken: YYYY-MM-DD} {Event Description}\<picfilename.ext>.
Thanks for the great software. I used to use the cam2pc import software, but it is busted and haven't been able to find anything that works well. This is my new goto!
Take care,
Craig
