0.96.1 - "Open file list" doesn't handle correctly duplicated listed files

Hello Pierre,
When opening a file with "Open file list" that contains duplicated listed files, XnviewMP will display those image as many times they are listed.
Expected behavior : XnviewMP should not display the very same image multiple times.
One could reply that this problem would not happen if the same file was not listed many times... but with the append option of the "Create > File listing..." this kind of duplicates arises easily.
