Keyboard Shortcut - Browser View - Up/Down

In Browser Mode it would be good to be able to remap the UP, DOWN, PGUP & PGDN keys to a custom key.
cmd_fileNext & cmd_filePrevious allow for sequential movement through the files using custom keys, but navigating up and down are hardcoded to the arrow keys and pgup/dn.
would it be possible to implement custom keys to allow remapping UP, DOWN and PGUP and PGDN to custom keys?
