Compare: Wrong position when zooming in

There's a wrong offset when comparing images using the "Compare" dialog (Tools > Compare...):
1. Compare two images which look similar and have same size.
2. Zoom in so that both vertical and horizontal toolbar are shown.
You will notice that the position of the two image does not match 100%, different areas area shown
.
When scrolling the image a bit, the wrong offset is corrected immediately.
