Add random enumerator

Currently one can use #### to be replaced by numbers, it would be nice to have an equivalent for random characters —with a respective sub-menu to specify rules for those characters (hi/lo letters, numbers).
I know many studios that have to use third party software and silly methods to sort of get this done.
