0.96.4: REQUEST rotate shapes(rectangle) in Draw, same feature as crop rectangle

Hi,
In 0.96.4:
- it's possible to have a crop rectangle and to rotate the cropping rectangle.
- in draw (SHIFT+D) it's possible to have a drawed rectangle or ellipse, but not rotate the shape.
Having the possibility to rotate the rectangle/ellipse/shape is very convenient, when used as non-filled rectangle/ellipse to highlight some text and when the text is not horizontal, for instance when you "photo" scan a page of a book; often the left page is slant downwards(\), while the right page slant opposite(/).
