Select all files but not the directories

Hi,
I've used Acdsee32 for years and have recently switched to XnView MP. Besides using it as an image viewer, I also use it as an alternative explorer.
When I press CTRL+A in Acdsee32 in browser mode, all files are selected but NOT the directories (which makes moving files very handy). In XnView MP however, all files AND directories are selected.
Is there a way to only select all files, and not the directories?

On the menu EDIT / SELECT ALL IMAGES
That being said, you can build toolbars and add such commands for easy access
I came from ACDSEE and have not looked back

"select all images "is not the same as "select all files" (for instance videos are not selected); I would be very happy with the true command "select all files"

No, sorry, "Control-A" selects everything, including directories !

That would indeed be a nice option - as it is now, CTRL+A only selects images, which is not what I was looking for.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in
XnView MP 0.98.0. Please check and confirm the bug fix here.

Version 0.98 :
"Select all files" works perfectly.
I put it in the toolbar (just need to find or create an icon)
