"Metadata" settings that allow XnViewMP to read/write ALL metadata from/to Adobe Bridge? I.e. Put them in sync.

Hi,
I'm in a process of replacing Adobe Bridge with XnViewMP 0.96.5.
There are the Settings>Metadata>IPTC&XMP (snapshot below) and I'd appreciate your help to set it up in a way that XnView and Bridge can coexist in SYNC.
So, what are the proper "Metadata" settings that would allow XnView to read/write ALL metada from/to Adobe Bridge (and vice-versa)?

you need 'export DB category', 'export rating/labels', i think that it's enough

Thanks for the directions Pierre!
And in order to XnView read the metadata/categories from Adobe Bridge, should I also set "Import XMP subject or IPTC keyword to DB Categories"?
And the option "update or create XMP Sidecar"?
Also, "Write comment in XMP"?
I'm just double-checking with you the "minimal" settings that would make what I categorize in XnView be seen in Bridge, and vice-versa.
Would a complete "sync" of metadata between XnView and Bridge be achievable?
After this initial setup with your directions, later I will post here my experience from practical usage.

Pierre, I use XnView since several years, and I just started using Bridge recently because some unique functionalities it provides for the Adobe apps.
Given that:
a) I intend to stick using XnView as my main media hub/DAM, but having to explore the maximum the possibilities of interaction between XnView<>Bridge.
b) I do know Bridge deals with XMP sidecars, but I'm not confident in what extension metadata is stored there, or if "metadata will be stored in files that have a provision for it", or even if only Camera Raw adjustments are stored in Bridge's XMP. I need to evolve my knowledge on that.
I found the following topics approaching XMP in Bridge. In specific the first one from "FastRawViewer" would provide an analogy for XnView, since it's a third-party app that handles Bridge XMP.
