Editable Right-click Menu

If it is not already possible and I just don't know how to accomplish it, it would be nice if the context menu one gets when right-clicking a thumbnail were editable in the exact same fashion as the toolbar is editable; such that one could customize the right-click menu for the current operation, choosing to display ONLY the desired commands.
