XnView: MP 0.96.5 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 1903

With the image zoomed in to the bottom right corner, so that the image corner is fully visible.
The image moves when a selection is drawn to and from the right and/or bottom window edges.

Effect:
Unexpected behavior.

To reproduce:
1. Open an image
2. Zoom in to the bottom right corner and move the image so that the image corner is fully visible
3. Start drawing a selection and keep holding down the left mouse button
4. Move the mouse pointer past the right and/or bottom window edges, then move the mouse pointer back over the image
5. Repeat

Actual behaviour (bug :bug:):
The image moves when the selection is drawn to and from the right and/or bottom window edges.

The image has to be moved to the bottom right corner again, to access the selections right and bottom edges.

Expected behaviour:
It's fine that the image moves (scrolls) when a selection is drawn against the window edges, as long as parts of the image still are outside the window.

But the image shouldn't move when none of the image is outside the window in that direction.
