Refresh the file list

Hi, if I export a file (or multiple files) from Exposure into a new folder in my Photographs Being Worked On Folder (for example) that new folder does not show up in XNView until and unless I exit the program and restart. F5 does not refresh the folder list. Is there any way to do this other than restarting the program?
